1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using e2eAgent.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. What e2eAgent.io Provides

e2eAgent.io provides software and hosted services designed to help users create, run, and review AI-assisted end-to-end browser tests. Features may include browser automation, test scenario authoring, execution history, logs, output artifacts, and related product functionality.

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including during pilot or beta periods.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details current. We may suspend or terminate access if information is false, misleading, or used in a way that creates legal, security, or platform risk.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use e2eAgent.io to:

violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
access systems, accounts, or data without authorization;
run tests against targets you do not own or have permission to test;
interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the service or its infrastructure;
reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to bypass service protections;
upload or transmit malware, harmful code, deceptive material, or unlawful content;
use the service in a way that could create security, privacy, abuse, or compliance risks for us or others.

5. Customer Content and Test Data

You retain ownership of the prompts, test scenarios, application data, URLs, credentials, screenshots, logs, and other content you submit to or generate through the service, to the extent you own those rights.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, store, and display that content solely as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to use your content with the service and to authorize us to process it under these terms.

6. Pilot, Beta, and Free Access

Some access may be offered on a pilot, beta, invite-only, or free basis. Those offerings may have usage caps, limited support, incomplete functionality, or heightened downtime risk. We may modify or revoke pilot or beta access at any time.

7. Fees and Billing

If we offer paid plans, you agree to pay all applicable fees, subscription charges, usage-based fees, taxes, and related charges as described at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing or plan structure in the future. If you are on a recurring paid plan, material pricing changes will apply prospectively.

8. Intellectual Property

The service, including its software, interfaces, branding, design, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by e2eAgent.io or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these terms, no rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise.

9. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, improvement requests, bug reports, or other feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free right to use that feedback for any lawful purpose without restriction or compensation.

10. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, browser infrastructure, analytics, email, authentication, payment processing, or other functions. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

11. Service Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific performance outcomes. Tests may fail due to application changes, third-party dependencies, browser behavior, network conditions, or model limitations.

We may update the service at any time, including changes that affect features, workflows, compatibility, or prior behavior.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or availability.

We do not warrant that the service will detect every bug, meet every QA requirement, or produce outcomes suitable for your specific use case, compliance obligations, or production environment.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, e2eAgent.io and its affiliates, founders, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or use, arising out of or related to the service or these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless e2eAgent.io and its affiliates, personnel, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your content, your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the platform or others, or if continued access is no longer commercially, technically, or legally feasible.

You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute-related provisions.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the service provider's principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You and e2eAgent.io agree to resolve disputes in the courts with appropriate jurisdiction in that location, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted. Your continued use of the service after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
